"I knew that I was being way over charged by my current insurance company and needed to make a change. "I had my garage door vandalized and so had to file police reports and file a claim with State Farm. I had questions about the claim process and I wanted to make an appointment to review my policy. I called the agent's office and spoke with Heather. She was wonderful to me. Everyone in the office was wonderful to me. While I was talking to Heather, another agent was calling about my claim to answer my questions. I can't say enough good about my experience.
